In the past few yoga classes I've taken, inevitably the headstand is introduced toward the end of class. I don't know why, but I get intimidated when doing this pose in the middle of a room. Near a wall, I don't mind. But it just seems tough to flip my legs high in the air and maintain my balance. So this is the one pose that will be a work in progress.
